Zeeco China Integrated Complex
The Zeeco China Integrated Complex was officially opened in Nov 2024. It is one of Zeeco’s most significant investment projects worldwide, covering nearly 130,000 square meters, and is home to the Advanced Manufacturing Plant and the China Technology Center, integrating manufacturing, testing, and R&D capabilities to support both regional and global projects.
Zeeco China Advanced Manufacturing Plant
The Zeeco China Advanced Manufacturing Plant consists of three production buildings supporting medium-duty fabrication, heavy equipment manufacturing, and specialty combustion system assembly. The plant produces a broad range of equipment, including thermal oxidizers, burners, flare and pilot systems, and large boiler assemblies. Supported by advanced fabrication machinery and a Radiographic Testing (RT) facility, the plant offers integrated capabilities in fabrication, assembly, painting, testing, and maintenance. Its manufacturing capacity ranges from precision systems to large heavy equipment, with a maximum single-unit production capacity of up to 90 tons.
Zeeco China Technology Center
The Zeeco China Technology Center comprises an R&D building and a field-testing area, dedicated to combustion research, product validation, and customer demonstrations. The R&D building includes a dedicated laboratory block and a quick-response workshop, while the testing area features four functional sections for process burner testing, flare pilot hurricane testing, flare system testing, and low-concentration VOC vapor combustion testing.. With flexible fuel blending capabilities, temperature simulation from −40°C to 1400°C, and test capacities ranging from 0.5 to 8 MW, the China Technology Center provides comprehensive validation for a wide range of combustion systems.
Zeeco China Guangdong Office
The Zeeco China Guangdong office officially opened on November 9, 2023, to further support the market in South China and enable more users to enjoy the 24-hour, fast, and professional combustion services of Zeeco. Located in Daya Bay Economic & Technological Development Zone, Huizhou, Guangdong Province, the office supports multiple surrounding petrochemical industrial parks. This strategic location allows Zeeco China to provide comprehensive spare parts, aftermarket equipment upgrades, and retrofit services, accelerating Zeeco's end-to-end service process and enabling quick response to customer demands.
